Scary stuff to do at Natural Bridge

I don't have photos from the haunted house...

But here is where the time portal opens...

dinos abound...and odd civil war soldiers.

Crazy girl ...

ofcourse I did an UPSHOT!

Monkey house.

I would check it out closer but smartly they had NO ladder.

Smart.

This is just wrong.
But everyone found it wrong in the same way.

Mark was just as grossed out.

some more odd creatures.

I am working on laying this stuff out. This is a new place for me. I will figure it all out. I just hope you all enjoy were we have been and were we go.

Enjoy

S&M and for now E&M

More summer stuff to come!

Foam Hedge

Here is the view from below Foam Hedge. Eric and Mary are up on the hill. The flowers along the way up were amazing. They were doing well in the heat.

Eric with his daisy. I love the pony tail. It was later traded to the natives for food.

Bad view.
Merlin in spell mode.

Jesus saves and only takes half damage.

Eric didn't rolled a 20! Merlin had the Critical HIT!

Merlin won. Never play D&D with Druids.

Worker bees working.

Oddly they look like archaeologist pretending to be entomologist.

Mark and Mary plotting what to do with me and Eric.

It was another very hot day in June 2008 but well worth the stop to show off another odd spot in our neck of woods here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Natural Bridge has some wild stuff to check out.

onward ho...more on Natural Bridge next.

More of Natural Bus

These are rock nymphs...a benign insect. They can not tolerate pollution. Thus they show the amazing quality of the water and environment they appear in. They were in full force and adored the night lights we hung anywhere and everywhere while we camped.

They would land on our arms and legs. The only pause was when they landed in our hair. Freaky but yet another non-stinging/biting insect. Fascinatingly green and plentiful. I wonder if you can eat them?

Here is Ricki "don't lose my number" and her daughter and her hubby. Ricki and I partied hard last year at NB. Personally I think the kid is mine.

Yup, she may have dad's red hair....but me thinks she be mine!

+ this kid is already turning over. She hung with me during my heat stroke. I had ice on me and WunderMarySays took care of my toes...Madonna took care of my ice. Love you guys!

Here is Tanner. First born of Lickity Split and Stacy-he is one of 4. Garret is 1st younger brother.

Anyway...this is one of the best dudes I know. +Issak, Garret, Cheri, Aleah, Madison, Josh...well the list goes on and on...

Tanner is now the keeper of my first copy of Animal Crossing-Wild World Player Guide. He is a good bud and a real smart and kind hearted person. I hope I know him all of my life. I want to know all of these kids as they grow up.

Here is Hunter. I met him a year ago at Eric and Mary's Wedding. Wish I had brought my Nintendo DS lite and Animal Crossing game then.

This kid was a charmer. He will go places in this lifetime. I just know...

This pic was around 6/24/07 at E&M's home.

Here is what our last day at Natural Bridge looked like...BURNED.

We can not figure out how we got burned.
Still.
Mary claims it is the ozone. I don't doubt she is correct. We put on sunscreen...we stayed on the shade side of the pool. We defaced the thermometer at the rent-a-tube shack.

I bought the same aloe spray that Stacy did in the NB shop...it helped. Then we rode to FOAM HEDGE...that is next!

I don't like the layout of this blog.
I will post here the goings on of the FULLMOONBUSCLUB.COM, S&M's repair shop and the comings and goings of humans during these events.

Just thought I should post some trouble though.

BTW-that skirt Mary has on was days old. She looked hot...like "hot Jordan"

Just so you know.

A bit about Natural Bus 2008

The plant life was amazing by the river, as were the insects. No biting insects. The heat was well into the high 90's...personally it felt like 110. Rule for next year will be...no parking on the gravel road. Yes, it is close to the bathrooms.

Roxie and Shelia were there...finally! Tang is one of the most interesting buses in the world. I was so glad they were there. Tang was parked by the river. The breeze was cool and so were my friends/chicks.

Alisha and her now 6th child... if you don't count Marvin.
I always wonder if her dreams are not filled somehow of puppies and bunnies...yup stands to reason they are...but somehow she must fill them in realtime with real ones.

I really hope no one shows up at the campouts with bunnies.

Here is what free range bunnies look like at Indiana at CharlaRose Lake Campground...

Don't let Alisha know...okay?

Enough wild stuff for today.

Testing it out...

I swear we will be right back.

Until then...
